Tozurkka and Lins demanded EUR 15 million from the family for not publishing the tensioning material they collect. According to the prosecutor, it contained a total of 1,500 pictures, video and information about Schumacher’s health.
Tozurkka was sentenced to three years of absolute imprisonment, while Lins received a six -month parole prison sentence.
Previously, Fritsche, who worked as a security guard in Schumachers, was accused of selling a sensitive footage. For Fritsche, the court sentenced a two -year parole imprisonment.
The trio may still complain about their judgments, that is, they are not yet final.
