MI6 chief Richard Moore: Russia has exhausted almost zero in Ukraine war

MI6 chief Richard Moore Russia has exhausted almost zero in

According to the reports in the US media, Moore touched upon the Ukraine-Russia War in his speech at the Aspen Security Forum held in Colorado, USA.

“THE OPPORTUNITY TO KNOW”

Noting that Russian forces have made progress in recent weeks, Moore noted that this was only a small advance. Moore said Russia would have to take a break somehow, which would give the Ukrainians an “opportunity to strike back”.

Moore said it was important for Ukraine to demonstrate its ability to respond militarily to Russia. Moore commented that if the Ukrainians are able to reciprocate, it will keep morale sustainable so that the rest of Europe will be reminded that this war is a winnable war by the Ukrainians.

“PUTIN’S HEALTH…”

Touching on allegations that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not in good health in his speech, Moore said there is no evidence that the Russian leader is in bad health. (AA)
