(Finance) – MEVIMa company operating in the real estate sector through three business lines: acquisition, management of real estate assets, short-term rental activities and the offer of brokerage And agency real estate listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA, announces that, as part of the strategic development initiated, which involved, among other things, the change of the company name to MEVIM SPA, as well as the consequent organizational reorganization of the Group, the company name of the subsidiary companies “Iinvest Short Rent Srl”, “Iinvest Dire Srl” and “Iinvest Services Srl” was changed, which will assume, with effect from the date of filing of the relevant meeting minutes of approval, respectively, the following company names: “IM Home Srl” “MEVIM AI Srl” And “MEVIM Service Srl”.
It is specified that, with specific reference to the company “Iinvest Dire Srl”, the Assembly also resolved the edit of thecorporate purpose in order to support activities aimed at the development of projects aimed at the creation and supply of high-tech services connected and ancillary, or in any case connected to the core activity in the real estate sector. Such edit is part of the strategic development process started at the level of Groupwhich we remind you aims to implement an expansion of the core activities carried out through the expansion of the current business lines and also including further activities, which, connected and accessory or, in any case connected to the first, will allow the Group to increasingly perform an integrated operator of 360° real estate services with high technological content, capable of creating value at every stage of real estate management.
