A clash between two men in Tilbury involving a metal bucket has led to an assault charge against one.
Chatham-Kent police responded to an assault complaint Sunday night at a residence on Young Street in Tilbury, where they said one man allegedly struck another on the head with the bucket. A 30-year-old Tilbury man was charged with assault with a weapon.
PUBLIC TIPS SUGGESTED IN CRASH PROBE
Chatham-Kent police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a two-vehicle crash Sunday in which police allege one driver failed to remain at the scene.
Police responded to the crash on Baldoon Road in Chatham Sunday morning. A black Nissan Altima struck a parked vehicle on the street but the driver failed to remain, police said.
