Two men with connections to a criminal gang are charged with aggravated rape in Kristianstad. According to the indictment, the victim, a woman, has been subjected to several assaults in an apartment. The assaults must have been filmed, at least in part.
The prosecutor assesses the crime as serious, citing, among other things, that the woman is said to have been under the influence of drugs and at a numerical disadvantage.
Film clips from the incident have been forwarded to other people, the prosecutor told Kristianstadsbladet.
