– Adam had a little knowledge about the computer how to make music, and Gustav could play some guitar. Then there was a beer on the table, a 5.2 so so we just started humming on a melody. Then we started humming a bit and then we put on words and then we had a song when we went out, says Oliver in the documentary about the company at SVT.
Everyone in the band can sing, but it is Adam Bergestål who is the band’s official singer.
– The reason why it was precisely me who started singing was that we all tests and then it was a joint decision. We did not think that the career would be overly long but on the first song it was “you sing on this one”, and then I have continued. Yes, the company comes from Falun. In SVT Edit’s documentary The Legend of the Company, William Ahlborg tells us more about how it went when the band was formed. The guys knew each other through the hockey and the ice rink, but it was at a party that it loosened.
– We make a song for fun as well, says William Ahlborg in the documentary.
That song was wine and money (“It wasn’t so good, you might say kind,” says William Ahlborg today).
William’s sister, influencer Linn Ahlborgshared his brother’s music in a vlog, and he was in one of her questioning times on Youtube. In a vlog, William said they did not aim to become artists but just had the company because it was fun. Then he probably did not know that they would become one of Sweden’s biggest bands.

Oliver in the company
One of the company’s front figures Oliver Norqvist has openly told about his panic anxiety attacks, which he suffers from time to time. For a period it was very intense and the panic attacks were recurring.
– I had a period of a month, I could have panic attacks after stage. After Liseberg but I sat in a room and did not get air. I myself do not know what was happening. I didn’t take anything.
