– I have received a lot of positive feedback, for better or for worse. I still think I’ve made a mistake, then there are many who understand my reaction and that’s nice anyway. I have received a lot of support. But soon it will be over, we’ll see. The police investigation will have its way.

It has been a turbulent time and Melwin has retreated from the public eye following the headlines about his father’s actions towards a school pupil.
– It is clear that we both felt a little down. It affects. I have tried to stay at home. I haven’t been in town. It’s enough to go out and people look at you a little more than usual, says the athletics talent in the interview.
– I felt an uncertainty about how the others in the training group and in the hall would react. But surprisingly many have been supportive, which in turn is perhaps a little worrying. If you have made a mistake, you must take responsibility for it. But it became a very big deal.
