Invited on the set of the 1 p.m. newspaper on the sidelines of the official campaign launch for the European elections in June, Manon Aubry announced that Jean-Luc Mélenchon would appear in 80th position on her list.
Manon Aubry goes on campaign. After Jordan Bardella (National Rally), Valérie Hayer (Renaissance) or Marion Maréchal (Reconquest!), the head of the list of La France insoumise Manon Aubry officially launches her campaign for the European elections this Saturday March 16, from the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis). Invited on the set of the 1 p.m. newspaper, the MEP took the opportunity to announce that Jean-Luc Mélenchon will be present in 80th position on her list in order to “push and give strength” to it. However, the former deputy for Bouches-du-Rhône has no chance of being elected.
Bring Vladimir Putin back to the table
With Anne-Claire Coudray, Manon Aubry returned to the declarations of the Head of State during his speech on Friday evening. She thus denounced “purely irresponsible” comments regarding the sending of troops to Ukrainian soil, at war for more than two years against Russia, reports TF1 info. “France’s responsibility is to find a diplomatic path, not to fuel a warlike escalation which could end in a war between two nuclear powers,” she lambasted.
While the presidential election, with a view, unsurprisingly, to a re-election of Vladimir Putin, is taking place in a tense climate, Manon Aubry insisted on her desire to bring the head of the Kremlin back to the table, with the aim of objective that the “conflict does not last forever”. According to the latest polls to date, the rebellious list is given around 7 to 8% voting intention, far behind the list of the presidential party or that of the National Rally led by Jordan Bardella which is around 30%.
