The RTV Utrecht jury, consisting of singer Pearl Jozefzoon, Radio M Utrecht presenter and musician Conny Kraaijeveld and Bingo FM presenter and music expert Mattijs Franken, listened to and assessed all 27 songs submitted. During the jury deliberation last week, they unanimously decided that 24-year-old Melanie Ryan from IJsselstein will be the entry of RTV Utrecht.
