After riding her first World Tour races outside the Netherlands with the continental team Multum Accountants in 2022, such as the Ronde van Vlaanderen, Gent-Wevelgem or the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad (19th), Meijering has had a rapid breakthrough in 2023. She was 10th overall in the UAE Tour, rode with the best ahead in Valencia (10th) and rode at a very high level in Nokere Koers.
