(Finance) – The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), in accordance with the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 17 September 2024 which authorizes thealienation of a share of the participation of Italian Post Office held by the Ministry, providing for the maintenance of a direct and indirect share of more than 50%, has defined the structure of the guarantee and placement consortium.
They were awarded to Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Unicredit, Quote, Deutsche Bank And JPMorgan the assignment of global coordinator ea Barclays, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale And UBS the assignment of joint bookrunner.
In coordination with the consortium the structure of the operation in line with what is established in the Prime Ministerial Decree.
