Meet the Robin Hood hackers

Robin Hood hackers named GoodWill only let their victims in on conditions such as helping people in distress

Robin Hood hackers make “interesting” demands on their victims. GoodWill, a Mumbai-based hacker group, doesn’t want money to unlock victims’ computer files after locking them with malicious files. Instead, in a twisted Robin Hood air, they assign their victims three different “outreach” missions.

Robin Hood hackers leave their victims alone in exchange for charity

The first action GoodWill requires from hackers is to “meet the clothes and quilt needs of people in need, lying on the street” and videotaping the process. Then upload the video recording to Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

Their other demand is to take 5 poor children under the age of 13 living in their neighborhood to the nearest Dominos, Pizza Hut or KFC restaurant in the evening. Then kids get whatever they want and make them happy. And again, as proof, they videotaped this process and uploaded it to social media.

The last request of the group named Goodwill is to cover the medical expenses of someone in need and to upload the proof to social media as in previous requests. The hacker group Goodwill may be aiming to help people in need with this method, but it is a fact that they steal information and threaten the entire security of their victims.
