(Finance) – The ordinary shareholders’ meeting of Mediocredito Centralewhich met today, has appointed the new Board Members and the Chairmanhaving expired the mandate of the previous council.
The new Board of Directors, which will remain in office for three financial years and, in any case, until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2025, is made up as follows: Ferruccio Ferranti, President of the Board of Directors; Stefano Bertollini, Director; Alessandra Bianchi, Director; Carmela D’Amato, Director; Andrea Messuti, Director; Francesco Minotti, Director; Leonarda Sansone, Councilor.
