(Finance) – Dolphin sold 485 thousand shares of Mediobanca, equal to 0.057% of the share capital. The Piazzetta Cuccia bank itself made this known, explaining that the operation took place in 3 stages: between 9 and 11 January.
This can be read in a communication to the market which shows that the securities were sold at a unit price of between 11.23 and 11.29 euros.
Following the sales, Delfin’s share drops from 19.74 to 19.683%.
