Media Unreleased Michael Jackson production found in California News

The Hollywood Reporter writes that Jackson’s songs are hardly published.

16 cassettes have been found in a warehouse located in the state of California in the United States, on which the deceased was recorded Michael Jackson’s unreleased production.

Reported about it The Hollywood Reporter.

The tapes were discovered by a former employee of the California Highway Patrol Gregg Musgrove.

The warehouse where the tapes were found used to belong to a music producer and singer Bryan to Loren. A total of 15 songs have been recorded on cassettes, of which 12 are fully finished productions.

Jackson is believed to have worked on the recordings between 1989 and 1991, prior to the release of the Dangerous album.

In addition to the songs, the tapes also contain conversations between Jackson and Loren.

In one recording, Jackson raps. The song was recorded as a duet by a rap artist by James Todd Smith i.e. with LL Cool J.

After his discovery, Masgrove contacted Michael Jackson’s estate. Jackson’s family responded with a letter to Masgrove stating that the estate does not claim the tapes for themselves.

Perikunta also clarified that the owner of the cassettes cannot obtain the copyright of the recordings.

This means that the songs can hardly be released to the public, writes The Hollywood Reporter.

Masgrove has stated that he plans to sell the tapes to collectors.

Michael Jackson is considered one of the most successful musicians in the history of pop music. Jackson died at the age of 50 in June 2009.
