The Norwegian startup Airthings presents its new collection which makes it possible to accurately measure the presence of fine particles, CO2 or even radioactive gas at home.

Want to know how the air quality is in your home? The brand Airthings offers tools for measuring the presence of fine particles. In addition to its offer for companies and public establishments, the group offers three sensors intended to measure air quality at home, now available in France.

    Three different sensors

The most accessible, the Airthings View Pollution, measures the presence of small particles in the air, which can stagnate in the air for several days. The latter are particularly dangerous because they can easily penetrate the body. For its part, the View Radon measures, as its name suggests, the quantity of this particularly dangerous gas found in all homes. Connected via Wi-Fi, it alerts in the event of excessive exposure, knowing that this gas is particularly carcinogenic. Both also offer humidity and temperature control. They are sold separately 199 euros.

Finally, the top of the range is the View Plus, which alone can measure the presence of radon, fine particles in suspension, carbon dioxide and calculate the humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure of the premises. Also connected via Wi-Fi, it allows, thanks to a dedicated mobile application, to have access to complete reports on the air quality inside the home. It is marketed 299 euros.

Note that the Airthings application also provides information on pollen levels, with a map and practical advice for protecting yourself and ventilating your home.
