In France, less than three months after the passage of Cyclone Chido which devastated the French archipelago of Mayotte in the Indian Ocean, a bill is examined this Thursday, February 6 by the National Assembly, to further harden the law of ground. Many researchers, however, ensure that it still hardens access to French nationality will not change the migratory flows in Mayotte.
