The mayors fear that keeping a distance, forming groups on the street and closing time of the catering industry during the carnival days can hardly be maintained. Carnival celebrants usually hop arm in arm and walk in groups on the street. The parades have already been canceled almost everywhere, but carnival will certainly be celebrated in bars, the mayors think.
