The nuisance caused by drug users at the park on the Lucasbolwerk is a persistent problem. That is what mayor Dijksma says in conversation with RTV Utrecht. The mayor understands that residents and entrepreneurs around the park are becoming discouraged by the constant noise nuisance, quarrels and rubbish from the users. However, a quick solution does not seem to be in sight.
