Mayor Fröhlich of Vijfheerenlanden, the municipality that includes Hoef and Haag, visited the neighborhood this morning to talk to shocked local residents. “Luckily no injuries, but a lot of damage,” he reported about the situation on the spot. Later in the afternoon, he announced that he would close the house for ten days. There is also a mobile camera at the house. Fröhlich did not have a good word for the incident: ‘bizarre to commit such an attack in a residential area.’
