It was an early summer this year – at least in Denmark.

The Danish Meteorological Institute DMI reports that the month of May was warmer than June, something that has never been measured before in the 150 years that measurements have been made.

During May, the average temperature was 14.6 degrees in the country, which is 0.1 degrees more than in June. The big reason is that May was clearly warmer than normal.

Those who hope for improvement must persevere. According to DMI’s forecasts, the coming days will be cool, with temperatures between 8 and 18 degrees and also with increasing strong winds.
