The planet Mercury will reach its greatest elongation east of Sun this April 29. It will be closer to the cluster of Pleiades.
You’ll find it above the northwest horizon in the glow of the duskaround 8:15 p.m. UT.
The Pleiades cluster will be visible above Mercury, very slightly to the right.
A clear site is recommended.
