(Finance) – Matica Fintec announced that, as part of the buy-back and disposal program for treasury shares approved by the Ordinary Shareholders ‘Meeting on April 14, 2021 (for a period of 18 months from the date of approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting) and initiated by the Board of Directors of 3 May 2021, he boughtbetween 20 and 24 June 2022, overall 4,500 sharesequal to 0.043% of the share capital at a weighted average unit price of approximately € 2.37 per share, for a countervalue total equal to 10,647.00 euros.
Following these transactions, the Company owns, as of June 24, a total of 345,600 treasury shares, equal to 3.286% of the share capital.
