Our correspondent in Ukraine, Stéphane Siohan, visited a spa resort, an electricity production plant of the DTEK group, the largest private Ukrainian electricity producer, a plant which was hit by a massive bombing on March 22. It is a power plant that supplies electricity to two Ukrainian regions, this means that the possibility of providing electricity for cities, for transport, for heating is currently completely at a standstill and, according to officials met.
