The alarm about the robbery at Vallhamra Torg came at 10.30 on Saturday. The police were quickly on the scene and were able to arrest one of the perpetrators, a man in his 40s. The other is still being hunted.
– There were two masked perpetrators who left the scene on a scooter. After a short chase, one of these was secured, says Jens Andersson, the police’s press spokesperson.
The other perpetrator is still at large.
– A hunt is currently underway with a helicopter and dog, says Jens Andersson.
No one is said to have been physically harmed, according to the police.
Both perpetrators arrested
Shortly after 11 o’clock, the police announce that a dog patrol sees the perpetrator on a nearby residential street and can be secured after a short chase. The two suspected perpetrators have thus been arrested.
