(Finance) – The BoD of Agricultural farmsa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and among the Italian leaders in the production of premium wines, has replaced the outgoing director Renzo Rosso with Arianna Roberta Alessipositively evaluating the existence of the new director’s integrity and independence requirements set forth in the Articles of Association.
This replacement took place by co-opting the second subject belonging to the same list to which the outgoing director belonged, the first candidate having expressed his unavailability, reads a note.
March 10th Renzo Rosso he had resigned as an independent director, on the basis of one of his own loss of interest in holding office having failed to “make a professional and innovative contribution to the management processes” and complaining that Masi’s corporate governance is not “in line with the reference standards of companies with shares traded on the capital markets”.
