Masi Agricola and the Boscaini brothers each rise to 2783

(Finance) – Masi Agricolaa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and among the Italian leaders in the production of premium wines, announced the new significant shareholdings after Renzo Rosso’s Red Circle Investments sold its 10% to Sandro Boscaini, Bruno Boscaini and Mario Boscaini, resolving the ongoing conflict.
The three Boscaini brothers now own, each on their own behalf, a stake in the 27.83% (from 24.49% previously). The ENPAIA Foundation holds 7.56%, while the free float is 8.96%.
