It is about the assumption that Ant-Man could have destroyed Thanos if he shrunk, crawling up the rear part of the villain and then grown back to normal size in order to in principle blow from the inside. Yes, this theory is widespread on the Internet.
In the video, Rudd asks his co-star whether she knows what he is talking about. Jenna Ortega, however, cannot even distinguish Ant-Man and Thanos directly in color and is generally visibly confused about the processes in the MCU.
