Marr double digit revenue growth in the first 9 months

(Finance) – Total revenues of third quarter of the group Marr they are equal to 620.7 million euros, an increase compared to 534.9 million in 2021, with margins still penalized by inflationary tensions.

The Gross Operating Margin Consolidated (EBITDA) is 32.4 million euros and due to the aforementioned dynamics on the first margin and operating costs is down compared to the 48.2 million euros of 2021, which following a strong recovery in consumption after the pandemic wave at the beginning of 2021 had also improved compared to the 47.3 million pre-pandemic in 2019.

The Operating result (EBIT) consolidated is 21.9 million euros (39 million in 2021 and 39.4 million in 2019) and discounts of depreciation and provisions for 10.5 million euros (9.2 million in 2021).

The consolidated net result stands at € 14.2 million (€ 27.2 million in 2021 and € 27.3 million in 2019).

First nine months
At the end of the first nine months, Marr’s total revenues reached 1,495 million euros with a growth of + 38.8% over 2021, in a market context that highlighted a recovery in non-domestic food consumption.

L’EBITDA consolidated i amounts to 67.5 million euros (71.5 million in 2021), while theEBIT it is equal to 40.3 million (46.1 million in the same period of 2021).

The Net income stands at 24.7 million euros (28.3 million in 2021).

Net financial debt at 30 September 2022 is 187.7 million euros and compares with 134.2 million in 2021 and 184.7 million in 2019.
