Hollandse Rading – Anyone who enters the Kunstliefde gallery on the Nobelstraat in Utrecht will see a special work of art, made of ink and concrete. It is by Marlies Hoevers from Hollandsche Rading. Marlies makes art from ordinary materials such as concrete and sand. She originally comes from the construction world and worked at a well-known architectural firm. There she became fascinated by the atmosphere of buildings, old buildings with cracks in the walls, which seem to reveal drawings.
