Markaryd municipality worst in the country for female managers

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

It is only in the three Småland municipalities that the percentage of male managers exceeds 70 percent.

In 94 of the country’s municipalities, the proportion of men is more than 60 percent, which, according to a press release from Statistics Norway, is the limit usually used to define whether the gender distribution is even or uneven.

The three best municipalities in this respect are Sorsele and Bjurholm in Västerbotten County and Säter in Dalarna.
