The love affair after “Farmer seeks wife” continues. Now Michael Klingstedt, 58, and Mariette Rosander, 58, are getting engaged. They announce this via Bonde sørk frus Instagram account.
Ostrich farmer Micke was one of the farmers looking for love in last year’s season. He and the letter writer Mariette met on speed dating at Sundbyholm castle – exactly one year ago. That the engagement takes place today is therefore no coincidence.

“Don’t give up on love”
Within months of the program ending, Mariette had quit her job and moved into Michael’s farm.
In the program, Mariette talked about how life turned around after participating in the program.
– I want to advise others who are 50 plus not to give up on love! I thought it was over when you’re 57, but it’s absolutely crazy good! You don’t have to think about children, doggies and villas, you already have all that. That’s wonderful!
