With the first trailer for Babylon, one of the most exciting films of the year is announced. The new directorial work by Damien Chazelle takes you back to Hollywood in the 1920s and tells of a particularly exciting era: The sound film that will change the dream factory forever is on the horizon.
Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt star in Babylon. Only three years ago they were in another Declaration of love to the cinema to see, namely Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood by Quentin Tarantino. This time they jump back a few decades further into the past and experience a completely unleashed film business.

The movie world loves movies about the movie world. However, Chazelle is not alone this year. Equal two well-known directors have made similar films. In Empire of Light, Sam Mendes expresses his love for cinema. And then there’s The Fabelmans by Grandmaster Steven Spielberg.
Babylon starts on January 19, 2022 in German cinemas.
