Influencer Margaux Dietz filmed a battered and grossly intoxicated man outside her apartment door. Together with her son, she laughed and poked the man.
Then she posted the clip on her YouTube channel, which was widely circulated on social media and criticism has been hurled at Dietz.
After the storm of criticism, she chose to remove the video from Youtube and poodled on her Instagram.
Several companies have chosen to break their collaborations with her after the leaked scandalous video.
But did Margaux Dietz do something illegal?
According to lawyer Adina Schildt, she may have broken the law.
