Influencer Margaux Dietz starts filming when she discovers that there is a madly drunk and bloody man outside her door. She and the son laugh and poke the man.
She edited the content herself, added sound effects and published the clip on her YouTube channel, but later chose to remove the clip. However, the video has already gone viral and the storm of criticism on social media is huge. Many react strongly to Margaux filming the person before she makes sure he is okay and calls 112. Before calling 112, she consulted her personal trainer for advice.
In her channels, Margaux Dietz likes to portray herself as a person with great social commitment. Among other things, she has interviewed party leaders before the last two elections to engage young voters, participated in collaborations with UNICEF and chose to donate the profits from her children’s book to the charity Biblionef South Africa.
TV4 News has received confirmation from police sources that they have been to the address in question in mid-October after they were contacted by a woman in the property who called about a person lying in the stairwell. The police came there and the man, who was very drunk, was helped to his home, but otherwise he was fine.
During the day, TV4 Nyheterna contacted Margaux Dietz for a comment, but she did not respond.
