Jagr’s career
Jagr spent a total of 24 seasons in the NHL, representing clubs such as the Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Dallas Stars, Boston Bruins, New Jersey Devils, Florida Panthers and Calgary Flames. He has won the Stanley Cup twice during his career and also an Olympic gold and two World Cup golds with the Czech Republic.

In the last NHL team, the icon got to know a certain one Marek Hrivik. Just a few years after the Slovak played with Jagr in the Flames, he moved to Sweden and Leksand.

– We went out for dinner. Then he takes out a specially made steel plate to put under his food, he said it was to suck out all the bad energy and he got it from a Russian nuclear physicist. He tried to convince me that it actually worked and after six pieces of meat I agreed, just so we could go home from the restaurant, says Hrivik on the Slovak podcast Boris & Brambor.
