The entrance to the apartment building is right by the new bus stop in Bäckby center. Once inside, there is a queue for the elevator, a family is moving in and has occupied it with things. Although the house has been ready since March, many apartments are still empty.
Marc Linder lives at the top and on the same floor there is an apartment, bicycle and pram storage. The reason these are not at the bottom is to prevent burglary. There is also more storage space in the apartments themselves.
Marc has actually lived in Bäckby before – until he was a year old. 32 years later, he is now back for a few months. And he thrives.
– I like the area very much. The architecture, the newly built, the colors and so there is a lot to do.
