Malmö’s Sebastian Nanasi has been successful in the Allsvenskan and previously participated in two January tours.
New national team
Now the 22-year-old gets the chance in the “real” A national team.
– He has scored five goals and six assists during the first matches in the Allsvenskan. He has done very well, says the national team captain Jon Dahl Tomasson.
– I gave him his first minutes in Malmö, I gave him a contract and now I’m curious if he can play at this international level, I’m curious if he has developed.

However, the MFF midfielder is not alone in being new to the confederation captain’s second squad.
More debutants
Niclas EliassonAEK Athens, Eric SmithSt. Pauli, and Samuel DahlDjurgården, also gets the chance to make his national team debut in June.
– Dahl has performed at a good level as a left back, is dynamic. I saw him live a couple of days ago and this will be a good opportunity to take a closer look at him, says Tomasson.
– Eric Smith has played at a high level throughout the season, in the second division of the Bundesliga, and the club was promoted. He deserves to be a part of this.
Eliasson has, according to Tomasson’s calculations, scored 24 points for AEK Athens in a season where the club just missed out on the league title in Greece.

The quartet are selected in the squad to face Denmark at Parken in Copenhagen on June 5 and three days later Serbia at home at the Friends arena.
