The municipality also had a survey carried out into the satisfaction of residents with the handling of a report. A questionnaire was completed 1112 times and that led to a score of 6, last year this figure was still 6.3. “Our wish is to achieve a 6.5 for customer satisfaction. We are therefore constantly investigating how we can improve the handling of reports,” says the municipality.
