Many dead in Trumps attack against Yemen

Over 30 civilian deaths have been found after the US air strikes against Yemen, says the Huthi movement’s health authorities. The bombings are seen as a message to Iran.

Saturday’s attack was the first for the US part against Yemen since Donald Trump took over as president.

Trump motivates them that he wants to discourage the Huthis from attacking the shipping in the Red Sea. The Iran -supported movement has since the beginning of the Gaza war shaken global trade in a number of such attacks, which is described as a revenge against Israel and its allies.

However, since the ceasefire in the war began in January, no ships have been attacked, which makes US new aircraft bombings more unexpected – and strengthens the impression that they are actually a power mark against the regional superpower Iran.

“To Iran: Support for the Huthit terrorists must cease immediately!”, Writes the US president on the Truth Social platform.

To that, the Mullaregim in Tehran replies that Iran supports whoever you want. “The US government has neither the power nor anything to do with what foreign policy Iran for,” the Foreign Minister writes Abbas Araghchi On the platform X. “Stop Killing Yemenites,” he adds.
