For the first time ever, Måns Zelmerlöw now chooses to respond to Ciara Janson Zelmerlöw’s allegations of physical violence.
The love story between Måns Zelmerlöw and the British actor Ciara Janson Took its start in 2016, when they met at a wedding in England. Two years later – in 2018 – so their son was born Albert. They got married in Croatia in 2019. In 2022, the family grew further when the son Ossian Come to the world. Since a previous relationship, Ciara has the son Archie. A few months later it was clear that the couple was trying again, and on the test they moved to Måns vineyard in Skåne. In the same vein, it was clear that Ciara Janson would compete in TV4’s long -running Let’s dance, and this spring Måns is current as a juror in Masked Singer, also on TV4.
But the shine deceived. Ciara Janson applied for divorce in England, and later Måns applied for divorce in Sweden. On Instagram, Ciara addressed several serious accusations against Måns.
What did Ciara Janson write about Måns Zelmerlöw?
“I have been quiet and protected my ex-man for too long. To stop speculation, I applied for divorce in the UK so that I could keep this private. Since it seems that it is no longer possible, it is important that I speak my truth and finally stand up for myself,” she wrote in her post.
Then followed accusations that Måns would have been violent both physically and mentally.
Måns Zelmerlöw’s statement in its entirety
Måns Zelmerlöw went out on Thursday with a statement in Aftonbladet, where he wrote that it is a “difficult situation” with “wounded feelings from both directions” and that he hopes that for the sake of the children they can continue to be able to manage the divorce in peace.
“Hardly anyone could by this time have avoided ciara and I unfortunately are in the midst of a tearful divorce. It is a difficult situation with wounded feelings from both sides. It was not like any of us had imagined. OM The children which is in focus.

After Mån’s statement, Ciara in turn attacked her ex-husband.
“Once again, my ex-husband has chosen to communicate through the media. To be quite clear, Måns decided to make our divorce public by applying for divorce in Sweden and making a statement. Måns has kept a low profile since then. Until now. In a message to Express he now writes that he never hurt either Ciara or the children.
“I am prepared to take all the consequences of documents that I have really performed. We all have deficiencies and errors. But to silently see how an orderly existence for two small children risks being crushed by pure fables and lies that are reinforced by a choir of non -deposited on the net – I am not prepared to do.
To those of you who think I would be dangerous or violent against Ciara or my own children, I would like to say the following: I have never curved a hair on their heads or threatened or beaten either the children or my wife. That’s the truth.
