Manon Fiorot, number six in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight division, shone on Saturday, October 22 in Abu Dhabi. At UFC 280, the French chained a 10th consecutive victory, the 5th consecutive at the UFC. Opposed to the American Katlyn Chookagian, number one flyweight, Manon Fiorot won by unanimous decision. With this new victory and an even better record (10 wins, only one loss on her debut in June 2018), the fighter is one step closer to a title fight opportunity against Valentina Shevchenko, the undisputed flyweight champion.
