A Norwegian citizen in his 40s is wanted on suspicion of involvement in the shootings in Oslo in June, Norwegian police announced at a press conference. He is suspected of terrorist offences.

In the act, two men were shot dead and another 21 people were injured.

Another suspected perpetrator, 43-year-old Zaniar Matapour, is already in custody. He was arrested shortly after the shooting.

The crime took place at a well-trafficked intersection in central Oslo where there are several bars and hotels, next to the Oslo District Court. The area is a couple of hundred meters north of parade street Karl Johan.
