The incident must have occurred at the end of October. The police arrested the man, who has since been detained.
The man is suspected of having carried out a sexual act comparable to intercourse. The woman did not participate voluntarily.
“XX improperly took advantage of the fact that NN was in a particularly vulnerable situation due to intoxication,” the lawsuit states.
The prosecutor claims primarily rape, and secondarily negligent rape. In police questioning, the man denies the crime.
The penalty for rape is imprisonment for a minimum of three years and a maximum of six years.
