A house fire occurred at midnight on New Year’s Eve north of Tving in Karlskrona municipality.
Two people were in the villa, one of whom had to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
– The person who is taken to hospital, it is a man in his 30s, has also been arrested on suspicion of arson, says Filip Annas, press spokesperson at the police region South.
A technical survey will be carried out when it is cool on the site.
