Man sued – tried to steal clothes worth SEK 25,000

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

It was in February that a man tried to steal clothes from a clothing store in central Södertälje. The clothes were worth up to SEK 24,597.

However, the theft could not be carried out, as the perpetrator was stopped by the store staff, who recognized one of him from a previous suspected theft, where the man took goods up to SEK 16,000.

Images from surveillance cameras have captured both occasions and are used as evidence. Now the man, who denies any wrongdoing, is being sued by the clothing company.
