Early on Saturday morning, a man was stabbed in central Malmö. The man is said to be seriously injured and has been taken to hospital.
The police are investigating the incident as a suspected attempted murder.
– The man has received stab or cut injuries in connection with a riot on Bangatan, says Jimmy Modin, press spokesperson for the Police Region South.
The police are on site on Saturday morning and are investigating whether the knife attack has been captured on any surveillance film. At present, there is no suspected perpetrator.
