A man in his 30s allegedly stole spa experiences from Ica Maxi in Uppsala on three occasions during the summer of 2021. Now the man’s trial has been and he is sentenced to two months in prison for his thefts.

According to the surveillance footage that the prosecutor played during the trial, the man should be seen in the area of ​​the self-scanning checkouts. On all occasions, he is seen leaving the store with a shopping cart containing a box with a spa bath, without paying.

The man allegedly stole the same type of spa bath on three occasions from the store, but denies the crimes. The spa experiences must have a total value of SEK 17,997 including VAT.
