A 25-year-old man has been shot in Brandbergen in Haninge south of Stockholm during the night of Thursday, the police write on their website.
It is unclear how badly injured the man is, but he was conscious when he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. They were stopped in a taxi, just over half an hour after the alarm about the shooting, which came in shortly after 01. The car in which the arrested persons traveled has been impounded for a technical examination.
