When the girl, who is now an adult, reported the man again last fall, she was taken seriously and the police searched the house.
In the man’s residence, over 13,000 saved child pornography files were found, of which almost 900 were films. Several imagined rapes against the now adult girl.
More than half a million kroner in damages
The man is now being sentenced for 17 cases of aggravated rape against children which must have taken place between 2008 and 2011, as well as 18 cases of aggravated child pornography.
The penalty for the man is ten years in prison. He must also pay SEK 650,000 in damages to the woman.
The man admits to the serious child pornography crimes but denies the serious child rapes.
